Very cursory, but fantastic photographs. That said...For a modest rate, I offer to edit this book for the publisher. It became apparent within reading perhaps only a few pages that this book must be a translation from a language other than English. Many of the sentences leave the reader curiously subvocalizing in the accent of Borat. English-ish words are used and sentence structure is generally poor.If it isn't a translation, well... I have no comment for that sad state of affairs.
Good discussion about bio, organic and natural laws. Not a how to book, more of a state of the Union. Very well written and appears well researched. European centric but does address new world growing areas too. Wonderful pictures and a high quality printing.
Good structure an a well written book explaining in a factual and informative way. Easy to read and educational without being boring.

I wrote "Creating World Class Red Wine", in which I briefly discussed the differences between organic, natural, and biodynamic winemaking---from the perspective of the winemaker.Britt and Per Karlsson cover the subject in more detail, and more from the perspective of perhaps the wine writer/marketer/potential winery owner. Consumers tend to be confused about the differences between natural, organic, biodynamic, and sufite-free wines--and for good reason. There are few common standards.Originally published in Swedish, this good English translation still retains some of the pragmatic Swedish way of presenting sentences and paragraphs---rendering the text easy to read in an interesting kind of way. One could consider the volume of nice images fluffy, but for me they made for more casual reading, and there are certainly enough pages to accommodate them. Why not?Well Done!
