I tried a couple recipes of his that I had seen in a blog, so I tracked down the book. I'm so happy that I did. I have to admit, I'm not a great or speedy cook so I can't get the prep done as quick as he does, but I can get a tasty and more interesting dinner on the table in record time. The pictures are amazing and it's even more remarkable when you can achieve the same look with your own cooking. Simple, tasty ingredients that the whole family enjoys. You have to have it shipped from the UK, but it doesn't take long and is definitely worth it. I love it so much I just ordered a whole stack to give my friends and family.
Super and quick easy meals
I’m usually not interested in cookbooks or find there recipes have too many ingredients and steps for me to even attempt. This book is different, simple ingredients with easy to follow steps. Meals are tasty. Very pleased with this book.
I just received this as a gift (so excited) I haven’t made anything from the book yet. I’m hoping it won’t be too difficult to convert the measurements.
